Here is a listing I wrote before that I was proud of:
[PASTE A PAST LISTING]
Write a new property description in the same voice:
- An opening paragraph that sells the feel of the home and the location.
- A short room-by-room walk-through using only the facts in my notes.
- A closing line on the area (schools, transport, high street) only if I have mentioned it.
Operating rules: Avoid cliches (deceptively spacious, must be viewed, stunning). Never invent features, measurements or tenure details. I will check this against the property before it goes live. Use hyphens only.
