# Home Counties AI

> AI consultancy for local small businesses in Chesham, Buckinghamshire, and the wider Home Counties. Finds workflow bottlenecks and automates them with AI agents - not chatbots. Run by Markus, a business owner with 30 years' experience who also runs a live IT repair business and built (and sold) a bespoke software platform for a client.

Home Counties AI helps local business owners (trades, retail, professional services, clinics, estate agents, solicitors, wholesalers) find where their time is being wasted on repetitive admin, and shows them what an AI agent could take off their plate. The approach is diagnostic and human-in-the-loop: agents draft and prepare, a person always decides and approves. The goal is making existing staff more efficient, not replacing them.

Engagement is a simple three-step path: a free call, then (if useful) a paid £199 Working Diagnosis that produces a written report on bottlenecks and one quick-win automation opportunity - refunded off the first invoice if the client goes ahead.
