The contact form collects your name, email, phone number, business name if you give one, and whatever you write in the message. I need the number to call you back.
The course feedback form collects your name, email, and the feedback you send. If you book a Working Diagnosis or further work, I also hold whatever I need to do that work and invoice you - arranged with you directly, not published.
If you leave a voicemail or a text, I listen to it or read it myself. No automated transcription.
To reply to your enquiry, call you, and - if we agree work - to deliver and invoice it. Not for marketing. There is no mailing list.
The legal bases are: answering a request you made (legitimate interests, and steps toward a contract), doing work we have agreed (contract), and keeping invoices and accounts because the law requires it.
Me. The contact and feedback forms email me at markus@homecountiesai.co.uk. That mailbox runs through my email provider, which processes the email on my behalf. The company that hosts this site may handle the form as it is sent. Nothing is sold, and nothing goes on a third-party marketing list.
The forms are not stored in a database on this website. They are emailed and then sit in that inbox, not in years of hidden form submissions on the server.
This site does not currently use analytics, and I do not set tracking cookies. If that changes, this page will say so.
If we do not go on to work together, I delete the enquiry once that is clear. I do not keep a pile of old leads to market to later.
If we do work together, I keep what I need to do the work. Invoices and accounts I keep for as long as HMRC and basic accounting rules require, then they go.
Under UK GDPR you can ask what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email markus@homecountiesai.co.uk and I will deal with it myself.
