Rewrite the introduction in my voice:
- Open by playing back the client's situation in their own words.
- Say plainly what we will do and what they will have at the end.
- Keep it to 3 short paragraphs, no more than 180 words.
- Remove generic claims (leading, best-in-class, end-to-end, solutions).
Operating rules: Do not add services, prices or guarantees I have not mentioned. I will review before sending. Use hyphens only.
