- Keep every fact, date, figure and request exactly as it is.
- Swap formal phrases for plain ones (e.g. "please find attached" becomes "I have attached").
- Shorten long sentences and split long paragraphs.
- Make the main ask clear in the first three lines.
Then list the 3 biggest changes you made and why, so I can apply them myself next time.
Operating rules: Do not add warmth with emojis or exclamation marks. Use hyphens only.
