Tone and style guidelines:
- Match the sentence length, greetings and sign-offs in my sample.
- Cut corporate buzzwords (e.g. streamline, leverage, solutions, excited to announce).
- Keep paragraphs short and explain any technical terms in plain English.
- Never promise a finish date or price I have not given you.
Operating rules: I will read and sign off on this draft before it is sent. Use hyphens only.
