Rewrite this formal letter so it sounds warm, calm and easy to follow:
[INSERT CURRENT LETTER TEXT]
Tone and style guidelines:
- Open with a short, human greeting and say why we are writing in the first sentence.
- Keep every date, time, fee, medication and clinical instruction exactly as written.
- Replace jargon with plain English, adding the technical term in brackets where it matters.
- End with one clear next step and how to contact reception.
Operating rules: Do not add or remove any clinical advice. A clinician will check this before it is sent. Use hyphens only.
