£199 buys the Working Diagnosis - the plan for your version of this.
Building and running it starts from £399/month.

A website that hasn't been updated since it launched. A social page that goes quiet for three weeks, then all at once. Not because there's nothing to say - because sitting down to plan it never quite makes it to the top of the list.

This is a standing job, not a one-off request. An agent can look at what you've actually done - the jobs, the photos, the notes - and turn a month of raw material into a full batch of drafts, ready for you to go through at once.

Phase 1 - gathering, and planning

Step 1

Reads what you already have

Job photos, quick notes, before-and-afters.

Step 2

Plans a spread, not a scramble

A few posts and one longer piece across the month.

Step 3

Drafts in your voice

Written the way you'd actually say it, not a template.

1. It reads what you already have. Job photos, quick notes, before-and-afters - whatever you already generate doing the work, not extra effort on top.

2. It plans a spread, not a scramble. A few posts and one longer piece across the month, so you're not posting five things one week and nothing the next.

3. It drafts in your voice. Each piece written the way you'd actually say it, from the material you gave it - not a generic template with your logo on it.

Phase 2 - one batch, one review

Step 4

Everything queues, nothing posts

Drafts sit in one place, not interrupting your day.

Step 5

You approve, edit, or bin each one

Same as any writing you'd have done yourself.

Step 6

Only what you approve goes anywhere

Nothing publishes until you've actually seen it.

4. Everything queues, nothing posts. Drafts sit in one place for you to go through together, not one at a time interrupting your day.

5. You approve, edit, or bin each one. Same as any piece of writing you'd have written yourself - just with the blank page already gone.

6. Only what you approve goes anywhere. The website update, the social post - nothing publishes until you've actually seen it.

Why it doesn't just publish the good ones

It would be easy to have this post automatically once it's confident enough. I don't build it that way. Content under your name is still your name - the batch review takes minutes, and it's the only thing standing between "drafted" and "said publicly."

Worth saying plainly: this is shown as a simple version. The same pattern can be built simple or pushed a lot further - more material read, more formats drafted, more of the planning done for you - depending on what your business actually needs.

Wondering if this needs new software first? Usually not - here's how that actually works.

What the £199 buys, and what it doesn't

The Working Diagnosis buys the plan for your version of this - what material you already generate, how often you actually want to post, and what your voice sounds like written down. Not the build itself. The report is yours to keep either way. If we go further, the £199 is credited off the first invoice.

If the website's gone quiet because content keeps slipping down the list, send a note. I reply myself, usually within a working day. We'll work out whether this is worth doing for your business. Happy to talk after 6pm or at a weekend if that works better around the job - within reason, I'll fit round you.

Send a note - I reply within a day
